Uncatchable
MSPaint in Windows 7 is completely unusable, you can't even draw a circle and then fill it with a color. But, the summer in never ending up in space, there is a solution! If you have x64, read the comment by SCOTTBALL.
EDIT: Actually this is fixed, Paint in windows 7 works really good. (updated 2010-10-18)
